EVENTS

DWSS  COMMITTEES

  • BY-LAWS COMMITTEE

    Writes, reviews, edits, and presents by-laws recommendations to the body at-large.

  • LEGACY COMMITTEE

    Compiles, documents, records, archives and displays all pertinent historical information on DWSS activities.

  • WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE

    Responsible for executing fundraiser events.

  • MENTORING/NEW GENERATION

    Motivate and galvanize our youth in the communities and educate them in the government, democratic and legislative process.

  • SOCIAL MEDIA COMMITTEE

    Responsible for all advance media outreach and publicity, including press releases, flyers, radio announcements, cable TV public calendars prior to major DWSS events and programs.

  • MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE

    Recruits new members at DWSS sponsored meetings and events, Democratic Party sponsored events and local community events in the South Suburbs.

  • LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE
